RES Directors Leann Wilson and Mal Meninga are from backgrounds as diverse as they are well-recognised within their chosen fields, and indeed the broader community. Supported by their Ausenco colleagues, their complementary skills and expertise provide a unique opportunity for organisations wishing to negotiate the web of legal, social and cultural intricacies inherent in facilitating Indigenous engagement in Australia. At the same time, they can allow for a process to make positive impacts to the Indigenous communities in the areas they operate, making Indigenous engagement outcomes real, tangible and far beyond the lip-service that is the present standard.

They believe strongly that economic development is the way forward for Indigenous people.
