RES Directors Leann Wilson and Mal Meninga are from backgrounds as diverse as they are well-recognised within their chosen fields, and indeed the broader community. Supported by their Ausenco colleagues, their complementary skills and expertise provides a truly unique opportunity for organisations wishing to negotiate the web of legal, social and cultural intricacies inherent in facilitating Indigenous engagement in Australia. At the same time, they can allow for a process to make positive impacts to the Indigenous communities in the areas they operate, making Indigenous engagement outcomes real, tangible and far beyond the lip-service that is the present standard.

They believe strongly that economic development is the way forward for Indigenous people.
